Changes in the composition of the managers of an EEIG
1. Summary
A decision regarding changes in the composition of managers shall be taken by members. The manager may also resign himself. When appointing, removing or changing a manager, information regarding the beneficial owner (hereinafter - PLG) shall also be provided at the same time. If the information on the registered PLG has not changed, this shall be confirmed in the application.
Where the manager has resigned himself, information on the beneficial owner need not be provided in the application.

In the cases specified in the Law, an application for registration of changes may be sent for inspection to the State Revenue Service. Read more about the assessment of applications received in the Enterprise Register at the State Revenue Service.
Documents to be submitted:
- application form EEIG2;
- a decision of the members deciding on changes in the composition of the board of directors or a statement of the manager to leave office if he or she has resigned himself or herself;
- the consent of the manager to fill the post (if appointment of the manager has been applied for);
- a questionnaire for inclusion of information in the Register of natural persons (to be signed by the foreigner himself or herself with a secure electronic signature in order to submit electronically; if there is no secure electronic signature, this document shall not be submitted) of a foreigner (foreigner) who has a legal link with Latvia on the basis of which mutual rights and obligations in the field of commercial activities and taxes are formed or have developed, but no personal identity number of the Republic of Latvia has been granted;
- a receipt or a copy thereof, or a printout of an Internet bank payment, or information regarding payment of the State fee.
Deadline for submission of documents in the Enterprise Register: 15 days from the decision.
